Rooms
One thing we believe will make this barCamp stand out is our venue; we have some great rooms in which to present. To help in your planning here the details of the spaces we will have available – then when we open up the board you’ll know the rooms to get your presentation into!
The boardroom
Our biggest room with space for 80 people (seated) the boardroom is where all the big GCap decisions happen. It’s also going to be one of two sleeping rooms!
Capacity 80, good for the opening and closing sessions; large panel discussions and those who think their presentation may be popular.
The 8th floor
Yet another boardroom but with more sofa’s! With space for around 40 people (seated) and having great views out over London it’s our second largest room.

GMax
It’s a presentation room and also a mini cinema! Comfy sofa’s and a large projector.
Capacity 30, good for visual presentations
Planet Rock
A room in testament to our Planet Rock online radio station. A shrine to all things heavy metal with a table and chairs straight from Ozzie Osborne’s mansion (at least it looks like it could be…)
Capacity 10, good for discussions and mini-workshops
Choice
A relaxed space in the feeling of our online hip-hop and R&B station Choice. Small but well formed.
Capacity 12., good for discussions, mini-workshops
Capital
The essence of London; all in one room! Sit on seats taken from one of London’s classic route-master buses.

Classic
A room dedicated to classical music. Comes with it’s own harp.
Capacity 10, good for discussions, mini-workshops and tutorials
Xfm
It’s a working bar (beer unfortunately not included).
